Account bookings are charged at £3 for the first mile and £1.80 per mile beyond.

Prices shown on the online quote system on this website and the mobile website are for cash customers only. Account customers will be given a serperate price list.

All accounts are payable on a 30 day basis, that is, payments are due within 30 days of the invoice being produced. Interest is charged on any balance unpaid beyond 30 days at 5%. We reserve the right to apply charges to accounts to recover costs associated with late payments.

If a Trafford Cars vehicle is dispatched to a booking made on an account and the passenger does not show, the account holder is liable for a call out charge. The charge will be calculated based on the distance the driver has travelled to the pickup location. Trafford Cars can provide proof of distance travelled upon request.

All accounts must have a secure password associated with them. Booking will only be made on account if the caller can correctly state the account password. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure the account password does not fall into the wrong hands. Any booking made using the account password is the account holder's responsibility and must be paid for. If you think your account password has been compromised please call and have it changed imediately.

You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to make it to your destination on time. Trafford Cars cannot be held responsible for late arrival at your destination. Please take road conditions and traffic levels into account when booking. If in doubt you may ask an operator for advice but do be aware that our advice is given as a courtesy and you alone are responsible for ensuring you have allowed sufficient time.

You must tell us the number of passengers accurately when making a booking. If your party size is larger than specified in the booking we cannot guarantee to accommodate the whole party. You should also let us know in advance if you have a large amount of luggage that may require a larger vehicle.

All children, regardless of age, count as one passenger.

All quotes are based on the information you provide to us. If any details change or are incorrect then price will be adjusted accordingly. The account holder is responsible for the amended price.

If you require a taxi to wait for you, your account will be charged at £18 per hour waiting time. The first five minutes are always free.

The account holder is responsible for the conduct of anyone travelling in Trafford Cars vehicles booked via the account. The soiling charge is £50 to cover the cost of the vehicle being taken off the road.
